Hi Everyone!
My name is Tegwyn Mosher, and I am the In-Store Registered Dietitian for the Stratford, Listowel and Goderich Zehrs. As a lover of all things food and nutrition, I take great pride in helping others find a nutrition approach that works best for them and their lifestyle.
I’m a true believer that food and nutrition doesn't have to be as confusing as it is made out to be! Using an evidence-based and non-judgmental approach, I will work with you to develop realistic goals, provide individualized recommendations and help you to develop lifelong, sustainable habits.
I have made it my mission to help you better understand that food is so much more than just one-size-fits-all. It's deeply rooted in our culture, family life, traditions, health and enjoyment. Together, we can debunk any confusion and determine food and nutrition recommendations tailored specifically for your unique needs.
