Parents and children TOGETHER on the Spinal Flow tables!

Last week I had the pleasure of Doubles Sessions with a Mother/Daughter and a Daddy/Daughter!!! (The little girl gave her Daddy the doubles session for Father’s Day!!💖)

A shared Spinal Flow experience for 2….. Because healing feels even better when shared.

Spinal Flow isn’t just for adults.
We all have an information highway in our body….
It’s called your spine.
Your brain uses that highway to send messages to the rest of your body so you can move, feel, think and heal.
Sometimes this highway gets blocked up with stresses…. chemical, emotional and physical.
This happens for children too.
However, their ‘layers’ are usually easier to help release than most adults,
so it takes much less time and fewer sessions of Spinal Flow!!

I’m being asked if this event is suitable for beginners!!
The answer is YES!
Everyone can benefit.

You will simply relax on your yoga mat or blankets on the floor, or in a zero gravity lawn chair if you choose to bring one of those instead.
The sound vibrations of the Crystal Bowls take over and we surrender to what may be.
You will always get something from this experience. You will always release a layer of stress from your body!
You simply need to allow yourself to just be…. Surrender to the moment.

Ohhhhh, this tree!
It is so beautiful, such a wonderful sight in my backyard, yet only shining and showing its stunning flowers for such a short time!
However….. this tree has beautiful messages to share all year round.
When it loses its flowers it grow crab apples and they feed the birds and squirrels and it provides shade in my backyard.
Such deep beauty.

Just like we have as humans! 🤔😀

I love this duo…. I carry the 4ml Frankincense in my purse for use when I’m out and about! The grounding scent really calms me, connects me back into myself and often attracts others asking what “I smell of”! Haha true story in the grocery store check out line!! 😀

I use the stick on my neck and recently started applying it to a large bruise I had over my breast. It was painful and dark coloured…. Until I began applying the Frank and naio wood. Totally disappeared in just 3 days. 😳
Impressed!!
So now I roll this on my chest daily! It smells so good.

10 Years Ago I made a change...... became my own boss, began serving people on their path to wellness. WOW! Hundreds of people have crossed the threshold of my business in this time, & it has been an honour to have been a part of their journey.

I began simply offering Reiki! Relaxing energy treatments helping people to open their chakras so their body and mind could heal. Next I learned Reflexology, and completed my Reiki Master Teacher and Holy Fire Reiki Master certifications. I expanded my Reflexology from just feet to including Hands & Facial Reflexology as well!! And then 5 years ago, Yes, another anniversary :) I introduced doTERRA Essential Oils & Products to my client base!!

I now also offer meditation sessions with a great friend coming in to use my space, and I am accepting speaking engagements where I share about Holistic Health, our options and how life is really only about feeling love!

Looking back I realize there have been some very busy times within my business! LOL
