Cold winter air + indoor heating can dry out your eyes more than you think. If your eyes feel irritated or gritty, try using preservative-free artificial tears and remember to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Bonus tip: Wearing sunglasses on bright winter days helps protect your eyes from UV rays reflecting off snow — yes, even in February!
