A Natural Solution
I started working with herbal tinctures and natural products because I wanted a better way to support women and moms like me. Life is full, and it’s not always easy to know what your body needs or what the “right” option is. I just knew I wanted something gentler and more aligned with how I wanted to care for myself and my family.

I’m not extreme or perfectly healthy, and I’m never here to pressure anyone. I’m just a mom who wanted better options and found products that have supported us in a natural, simple way.

We’ve officially entered that part of the year where it’s snowy and festive and winter actually feels fun… forgetting that winter is basically 47 months long. 😂 I’m a total homebody and honestly would stay inside all winter if I could. Give me the warm lights on, a blanket, a hot coffee, and zero plans. If you need me from now until April, I’ll be cozying up and pretending I don’t live in Canada.

Summer has felt like such a big season for our family. We celebrated our first family wedding, and my youngest is heading into grade ten. I can hardly believe my last child is still in school. It feels like a season where everyone is growing up!

I’ve always loved finding natural solutions when I can. I wouldn’t call myself 100% crunchy, but I do believe in choosing gentler, more natural options where it makes sense.

Now that life is slowing down a little, I’ve been thinking about the things that have carried me through different seasons of motherhood. The small comforts, the natural remedies, and the simple things that have helped me feel steady when life felt busy.
