We hope everyone had a peaceful and joyous holiday.
We are continuing Sahaja Yoga classes on Tuesday, January 6th at 6:30 pm. Let us all begin this new year by taking special care to our emotion, physical and spiritual needs. Learn to meditate to enhance all the beautiful qualities that are within each of us. 💐

🪷Happy sunny Saturday ☀️! Unfortunately this month of August there will not be any Tuesday evening classes at the Sahaja Yoga Centre in Liverpool. The summer is proving a busy time for everyone including our volunteers. Please keep watch for our fall program! 🪷
