UPDATE: day of the week change for Yoga: Rock!

Focus on your mind, body, and energy with these fantastic weekly yoga classes at The Fight Farm starting January 5!
There is something for everyone and classes are accessible for all levels of yoga practitioner from newbie to yogi, all genders welcome!
Looking to release the stress and tension from the day, connect with your body and breath, feel strong and empowered, and move with purpose? Come check out Hatha Yoga Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm! (This class is perfect if you have kiddos in a kickboxing class happening at the same time!!)
Hatha yoga is your traditional beginner-friendly yoga class that moves through yoga poses focused on strength, stretching, balance, flexibility, breath connection, and body awareness.
Finding it hard to get your movement in your busy schedule? Noon Hour Express has you covered Mondays and Thursdays from 12:10-12:50pm!
This class is a shortened version of our Hatha yoga with the combination of strength, flexibility, and balance poses, giving you a midday boost so you can avoid hitting that afternoon/early evening “wall”, and getting you back to work without feeling like a sweaty mess!
Craving something a bit outside of the box? Yoga: Rock! FRIDAY evenings from 6-7pm is just the thing you need!
We’re taking your usual yoga and kicking up the vibe a bit! Pumping rock jams, yoga with a bit of a rough-up edge, breaking free from that “zen” yoga energy, and releasing tension in a badass way with a punch of fun! (Not all music may be PG🤘🏻)
Classes are $20/class or we offer 10, 15, and 20 class passes (multi-class passes are found under PACKAGES on booking page).

*All classes are all levels friendly and open to all genders. Pre-registration for classes is preferred although drop-ins are also welcome.
