It’s a sad day today as we say goodbye to a dear friend and teammate! We are excited for Romeo and his family as the embark a new adventure in Grand Cash, but we are also selfishly sad to see a great teammate move on .

Send some prayers and love Romeo’s way as he heads North to settle into his new community.

Do you have low back pain? It could be that your QL (Quadratus Lumborum) is tight, which is often the source of low back pain.

Brooke is releasing the QL’s with Professional deep tissue massage techniques. Engaging this muscle by focusing on its trigger points can help relieve your low back. The QL’s are located on each side of the spine below the lower rib cage and the iliac crest. Proper deep breathing while applying these deep tissue techniques help lengthen and release the muscle tension.

Go Charmaine Go!
This weekend, many of our clients, along with Char will be running the in the backcountry of St.Paul and Elk Point. Such a great way to end the season with a well run race like this event. So many beautiful views along the river system and on the Iron Horse Trail.

We want to wish all of you GOOD LUCK! Smile lots while you enjoy your adventure. Remember, being out there is better than being at work or at home plunked in front of the tv- GO GET EM! 😃

No-Shows 🥺!
We completely understand life happens, however if you are unable to make your appointment, please call us, email, Dm us on social media.

We do have a 24hour cancellation notice. 🙂When giving us notice 24hours or more, we are able to easily fill that spot with someone who can really use a treatment. 😞If the notice comes within that 24hours, it is harder to fill with such short notice. Therefore, a cancellation fee is issued if we are unable to fill.

Please understand, when you don’t show up for your appointment, our therapists don’t get paid and a client that needs a massage is left without an appointment.
