Our intuition is one of our most powerful tools we possess. When we ignore our intuition, there is often a resulting conflict within ourself. What is the difference between Counselling and Coaching? I'm glad you asked.

With Coaching I offer 30 minute in person or online sessions that are goal oriented, and provides empathetic feedback and a collaborative approach to solving challenges.

Counselling is a deeper dive into meaning and understanding. I offer 1 hour in person or online counselling sessions for individuals. I also offer 1 hour in person couples/relationship counselling.

As the seasons change and we begin to experience a darker and chilly time of they year. It's a good time to remember that even though it's getting darker sooner and colder more often, we don't have to be cold and dark too.

Now is a perfect opportunity to BE the warmth and the light.

Failure is hard to talk about. It often has this negative or bad connotation to it. I see it as an opportunity to learn...

To learn about me as I experience failure; the feelings, the thoughts that arise, and my perceptions.

To learn what to do differently, to learn to experience without self judgement or self criticism, and to learn how to be me in failure.

I have often heard "you're too sensitive" or something to that extent. I used to be bitter about this. Why should I need to minimize myself?

After some deep diving I've changed my answer to "thanks! I have worked so hard to unlearn the concept that feeling things deeply or intensely is something I should be ashamed of".

Courage and Confidence can go hand in hand. Self doubt is a killer to any progress. So where do we start?

I had doubt I could do what I wanted to do and be who I wanted to be. Between a lack of self esteem and a hundred miles of uncharted mountains, rocks, and bumps in the road; I thought I would never get where I wanted to be let alone who I wanted to be.

For me; it started with accepting that I couldn't do it alone. I needed a counsellor to show me how to be the person I wanted to be. I needed a counsellor to show me that YES I CAN!!!
