“You can’t.”
I’ve heard those words more times than I can count.
As a teen, I tore both Achilles tendons and was told:
🚫 No running
🚫 No jumping
🚫 No sports I loved
For years, I believed it - until strength training showed me what was possible. That’s when everything changed. 💪
