A SESSION is 1 (one) hour, while you lay completely dressed in a comfortable chair. Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch from me. Never inappropriate or intrusive,
and sometimes no touch at all. BE PREPARED to experience a restful & relaxing feeling. You may experience heat or cool sensations from my hands. The MOST common experience is an almost immediate release of stress & a feeling of deep relaxation. Reiki is CUMULATIVE and you may notice a sense of well-being, feeling more poised, being more centered, and a deeper sleep at night. Reiki is NOT affiliated with any religion or religious practice. Reik is NOT massage. Reiki IS a subtle and effective form of energy work used to compliment traditional medicine, used in hospitals & other medical care settings.
