We will be starting a Sun Salutations Challenge for children — adults are welcome too!

📅 Challenge Dates: May 19 – June 21
🧘 Practice Goal: 3 sets of Sun Salutations every day

DM me to sign up for the challenge.

Children who practice daily will get the opportunity to perform Sun Salutations together as a group on stage at Yoga Fest celebrating International Day of Yoga 2026 on June 21 at the London Ukraine Centre, London, ON 🎉

✨ This challenge is FREE and open to everyone.

We will send:
• Follow-along videos
• Guidance on the correct way to practice
• Daily motivation and support

Once you DM to register, I’ll add you to a WhatsApp group or email list — whichever you are comfortable with — so we can stay connected and track practice together.

🏅 Participants who practice daily and join the Yoga Fest performance will receive a Certificate of Participation for completing the challenge.
