This month, I decided to take on Fall Prevention with a true recreation twist — because staying safe doesn’t have to be boring! 🍁✨
Through movement, laughter, and meaningful activities, we’re building strength, balance, and confidence together. Recreation isn’t just fun… it’s a powerful way to prevent falls and keep our community thriving.
I’m so proud of everyone who joined in and made this month such a success! 💛
