For the next 3 or 4 weeks I will be teaching a progression toward headstand. Starting with the basics-where to place your head-how to set your arms-where to push-safety of the neck. As we move from step to step you can stay in your comfort zone and keep practicing what feels available to you-and if you feel ready-progress. Through this you will learn the how. It is known as the king of asana. Sirsasana.
