Great craft talk yesterday by Kyle Hollis from McCallum Aluminum.
Kyle shared the story behind the family-run business and its long history with the Business Club of London—dating all the way back to 1957, which may make it one of the longest-standing members of the club. It was fascinating to hear about the journey of working within a multi-generation company and how the business has evolved over the years.
We also picked up some great knowledge about windows, doors, and top-quality products straight from an expert in the field. This week we tried a voice over of Kyle telling us what being in the club means to him- please let us know what you think!! business club
After the talk, the board gathered for a lively meeting—lots of ideas, lots of laughs, and lots of passion for continuing to make the Business Club of London the best business club in the city. Check out the last video to see the board in action around the round table!

Another great meeting today at the Business Club of London!
We had the pleasure of hearing a fantastic craft talk from Paul and Tony Doody of PTN Electrical Solutions, joined by their son Elliot — who they jokingly refer to as their “retirement plan.”
As always, their presentation was engaging and inspiring. Paul and Tony shared the story of immigrating from England to Canada and the hard work, persistence, and determination it took to build one of London’s most respected electrical companies. Their journey is a great reminder that success rarely happens overnight — it’s built through years of dedication and never giving up.
We’re also excited to welcome a new member to the club — Brian Dietz from Perimeter Contracting. We’re looking forward to getting to know you and having you as part of the group!
Another great day of learning, connection, and community.

Shawn shared his journey in IT — how he built his career, his passion for technology, and how that passion has grown into a true commitment to giving back. We also loved hearing about his love of riding motorcycles and the charity work he’s involved in.
It’s always inspiring to learn more about what ManagePoint does and the wide range of services they offer to support businesses and help them operate efficiently in today’s ever-evolving tech landscape.
Thank you for such an informative and engaging craft talk, Shawn — we appreciate you sharing your story with us!

Today we had a fantastic meeting at Oxford Dodge!
Amber delivered an amazing craft talk — we loved learning more about her, her family, her journey into car sales, and what makes her so passionate about her career. It’s always inspiring to hear the stories behind the success.
We also enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Steel Grill Catering, and as always, the conversations and connections were top-notch. To top it all off, the sun even came out for us today
A special thank you to our guest, masseuse Amanda Sutton, for joining us — we loved having you with us!
Another great meeting with an incredible group of business professionals!

We switched things up and gathered at Tony’s Pizzeria instead of RBC Place London, and it did not disappoint!
The networking was strong, the conversations were meaningful, and we were thrilled to welcome three guests to the table. Lexi knocked it out of the park with a super fun Business Bingo game — lots of laughs and great connections made! Congratulations to Jen Priess on winning the prize!
The food was amazing (as always!), and the energy in the room was even better. Afterward, we rolled right into our board meeting where Dawn, our President, kept us focused and efficient — wrapping it up in a tight 35 minutes so everyone could get back to work on time
Great meeting. Great networking. Great people.
Already looking forward to the next one!

What an absolute treat at today’s Business Club of London lunch craft talk
We were so excited to welcome Geraldine Peters of Jim Anderson Flowers back to the club—and wow, did she deliver. Geraldine is not only an incredibly talented florist, but such a thoughtful, inspiring speaker. She put together an unforgettable craft talk featuring six stunning floral arrangements, each one more beautiful than the last.
She shared so much about her journey, her passion, and what makes Jim Anderson Flowers such a special and respected business in our community. We were all truly spoiled today… and yes, I was lucky enough to win one of the arrangements (still smiling about it 😍).
So grateful for talented local business owners, inspiring conversations, and lunch meetings like this. Welcome back, Geraldine—we’re so happy to have you!
