The number one thing holding people back from stopping excessive drinking and becoming the most authentic version of themselves is fear of failure.

This fear is what holds us back from taking action, we spend days, weeks, even months and years thinking about what happened if we don't change...

We keep deliberating when to take action, when it's the right time, when we have the highest chance of success and all the while the drinking continues and the damage continues as well...

Does this sound familiar?

This is exactly the story of one of my members who just hit 112 days sober.

She's a mom, just like you
She's got a job, just like you
She has goals, just like you
She has a deep desire to change, just like you
She thought about it for a long time, just like you

And now.. with the help of Breathesober Reset, she's done it.

She's changed.

She's no longer drinking and building the most thriving version of her life..

If you are ready to overcome this fear of failure once and for all..

Comment BREATHESOBER below and I'll reach out with my exclusive masterclass that shows you how I went from drinking two bottles of wine a day to now 5 years sober.

Love, Hamza.

What makes alcohol so dangerous is we can be suffering deeply inside and no one would have a clue... we function well, we smile, we give off the illusion that life is great, nice house, great career, loving family... but inside...? that's another story

Old Hamza:
-Drinking two bottles of wine every day, doing co***ne and other drugs, and smoking 10-15 cigs a day, trying to stop but constantly failing for 15 years.
-Eating junk food and not taking care of myself in any way, not sleeping well.
-50 lbs overweight, emotionally unstable, depressed, struggling financially, poor self-image, low self-confidence, constantly worried and anxious.
-Losing friends, struggling with dating, and finding a real partner in life.
-Tried Alcoholics Anonymous, Tried Therapy, and Tried a program but nothing worked.

New Hamza:
-4 years and 5 months (1604 days) Sober.
-Educated myself in NLP, Sobriety coaching, MBSR, Breathwork and The Nervous System
-Making 5X more money, in a stable and happy relationship, in the best shape of my life.
-Emotionally stable, financially abundant.
-Created the Breathesober Reset Method to help thousands of people quit drinking and build the life of their dreams.
-Getting life-changing results for my clients every single day.
-Taking care of my family, traveling the world with them.
-Living as the most authentic and fulfilled version of myself.

What changed? I'll give you the steps:

1. I accepted I needed help and can't do this on my own.

2. Educated myself to understand alcohol is not the actual problem, it's a symptom of a deeper problem and that's where I need to do the work.

3. Started using meditation to go deep within and face ALL my painful emotions that I was running away from, face all my fears and hard truths about my life.

4. I became an Alcohol-Free person, starting to think and act like one... I Started changing my daily habits, routines, and lifestyle, became a morning person and completely changed the experience of my life.

P.S. If you're a career-driven professional who's trying to stop drinking but failing like I was, DM the word RESET to me and I'll personally DM you

Goodbye Istanbul

What an incredible 3 weeks in Turkey, from Istanbul to Izmir to Antalya and back. I feel so thankful!

I'm so happy I got to take my parents on this awesome trip. It feels like a big gift from the universe. Once again, I'm living the reality once visualized.

It was a bit tough to handle my coaching work and plan this trip, but it was totally worth it. We started in Istanbul, then traveled to Izmir and finally to Antalya. We explored beautiful landscapes and the stunning seaside of this incredible country.

My heart feels so full and happy because of everything we saw and did here.

My energy has shifted and I feel more aligned with my true purpose in this world. That purpose is to heal as many of you as possible in this short lifetime.

I have a big announcement coming in a few weeks!

Thank you, Turkey, for the awesome memories. See you again someday...

I know life can be tough. We work hard, stress out, and often turn to alcohol to cope.

But here's a truth we need to remember: alcohol may dull our senses, but it also steals the vibrant experience of life from us.

Every sip we take to numb the pain or stress is a moment we lose to truly feel alive.

Imagine missing out on the beauty of a sunset, the laughter of friends, or the joy of simple moments because we're not fully present.

Alcohol might offer temporary escape, but it robs us of the richness of real life.

When we decide to stop drinking, we give ourselves the gift of clarity. We start to experience life in all its highs and lows, with full awareness and joy.

We connect more deeply with others, find our true passions, and rediscover our inner strength.

Life is meant to be lived with a clear mind and an open heart. It’s about embracing each moment, feeling every emotion, and facing every challenge head-on.

The journey to sobriety is not always easy, but it’s worth it. You’ll find a new sense of freedom, a deeper sense of purpose, and a more authentic version of yourself.

Let’s choose to live life fully awake and present. Let's embrace every moment, every feeling, and every challenge. It’s time to feel alive and live life like it’s meant to be lived. ❤️

DM the word RESET if you'd like to chat about mindful sobriety and healing.

It's called "The Path to Resilience: Recovery" and it's happening April 17th, from 5 to 6 in the evening.

- Getting hurt, then getting up stronger.
- Saying "no more" to things that hold us back, and "yes" to taking charge.
- Easy, everyday ways to make sure we're ready for whatever comes at us next.

"I'm not going to drink tonight," you promise yourself as you sit down for a family dinner.

The atmosphere is cheerful, the table brimming with your favorite dishes.

But then, a bottle of wine starts making its rounds, and those all-too-familiar cravings begin to surface.

You think, "Maybe just one glass won't hurt." But deep down, you know it's never just one.

You're not the only one facing this problem.

In fact, over 14 million adults in the United States struggle with alcohol use disorder.

It's a big & difficult to solve problem, but there's hope.

There's a way to enjoy family dinners without giving in to those cravings.

I've got 3 simple sobriety hacks that can help you stay on track and enjoy time with your loved ones, without the worry of drinking too much.

But it requires a decision—a decision to change for your own well-being and for the sake of your family.

If you’re ready to make that change, just comment "RESET" below. And I’ll reach out to you in the DM’s to share those 3 life-changing sobriety hacks for FREE.

Ever been at a party, feeling that intense urge to drink just because everyone else is?

It's like you're on autopilot, reaching for a drink without even thinking.

That pressure, that discomfort – it's real.

But here's a twist: imagine being at that same party, totally relaxed with your non-alcoholic drink, not giving in to the pressure.

Sounds too good to be true, right?

Here's the secret: it's all about training your brain. Think of it as a muscle.

Every time you choose to stick to your goals, you're making that muscle stronger.

The more you do it, the easier it becomes to resist those cravings.

And here's a simple trick: The 5-MINUTE Rule!

Got a craving? Wait just 5 minutes before doing anything. Take a deep breath, have some water, step outside and play the tape forward…

Chances are, the craving will pass, and you'll feel like a champ.

I get it, it's not easy. But it's definitely possible. And you don't have to do it alone.

Need a coach to guide you through? I'm here for you.

Guess what? I'm traveling to Aruba this week! And here's a little secret: I'm doing it sober. 🌍✈️

Some of you might think, "Travel and have fun without a drink? No way!" But let me tell you, it's not just possible; it's incredible.

The fear of not enjoying yourself without alcohol is all in our heads. It's conditioning.

We've been told that every good time needs a drink, but that's not true.

Traveling sober means you're fully present. You're not chasing the next drink or nursing a hangover.

You're there, soaking in every moment, every sight, and every experience with a clear mind.

And that's where the real fun begins.

No more fuzzy memories of your trips. No more embarrassing moments you wish you could forget.

Instead, you get to remember every laugh, every sunset, and every new friend you make along the way.

And the best part? You wake up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to explore.

So, if you're worried about traveling without alcohol, don't be.

It's just conditioning. Once you break free from that mindset, you'll discover a whole new world of travel - one that's richer, more vibrant, and infinitely more enjoyable.

Now, I've got something special for you.

The first 5 people who comment "ADVENTURE" on this post will get a FREE consultation with me where you’ll get a step-by-step, easy-to-follow plan to kickstart your alcohol-free journey.

Let's make your trips unforgettable, without the need for a drink in hand!
