Hi! I’m Linda, the owner and founder of Balance + Tranquility.

Here’s a fun fact: our legal name is Wabi Sabi Wellness Centre Inc. The term Wabi Sabi comes from a Japanese philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection. That idea deeply resonated with me. I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe, seen, and supported - just as they are. That’s really the heart of Balance + Tranquility: embracing who we are, even in the messy, chaotic moments.

Outside of this space, I’m also a mom to two very active boys, a wife, and a teacher. Life is full, but helping others find calm within their own chaos is what lights me up most.

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’re just discovering Balance + Tranquility, I’m so grateful you’re here. I hope this space offers you the same peace, presence, and grounding it has given me.
