I’m reclaiming my softness.
The season of hustling, grinding, pushing, and running… it’s over for me.
My soul is tired of performing strength. I don’t want to be a beast burden in anyone’s story — not even my own.

God did not put me on this earth to be a workhorse — especially not for someone else’s dreams or someone else’s deadlines.
I wasn’t sent to this earth to be hardened by life.
I was sent here to create, to flow, to nurture, to breathe, to feel… to rest in the fullness of my divine feminine.

I’m letting the armour fall.
I’m letting the walls soften.
I’m letting myself be held — truly held.

Held by Divine Mother, who whispers that I am safe.
Held by the masculine in my life, who meets me with steadiness I don’t have to earn.
Held by the universe itself, which has been waiting for me to stop running.

This is my reclamation.

Somewhere along the way, society taught women that love meant self-abandonment. That being a “good mother” or a “good partner” meant putting everyone else before ourselves… and now we’re watching a generation of mothers running on empty.

But the truth is this: ✨ The greatest gift you can give your children is showing them that love doesn’t require you to lose yourself.

When we constantly pour into others without ever refilling ourselves, the body eventually whispers… then speaks louder… then raises the alarm.
That chronic exhaustion, that heaviness, that sense of being stretched past your edges — it’s the energetic imbalance that happens when we become the martyr.
Over time, that pattern of self-abandonment can create stress that settles into the body, creating the perfect conditions for dis-ease: a lack of ease in the mind, the heart, and the physical self.

Your little ones learn what love looks like by watching you.
If they see you pouring from a cup that’s always empty, they’ll believe that’s normal.
