St John Ambulance Bandages and Bellies Food Drive 🚑❤️
This winter, our dedicated volunteers have been out in action at local grocery stores raising food and funds to help fight hunger across Southwestern Ontario.

Watch for us today at the Zehrs in Windsor (Malden Rd) and Real Canadian Superstore in St Thomas. 🚑❤️🍎. Stop by, meet our volunteers, and donate if you can!

Starting the day out with our Bandages for Bellies initiative at Zehrs on Malden road.

We are donating to the LaSalle food bank as well as the Woman’s shelter so if you’re out shopping today and can spare a non perishable we would be very appreciative.

March weather can be unpredictable ❄️ melting snow, hidden ice, and slush can quickly lead to slips, trips, and falls.

Even a small fall can cause injuries, so it’s important to stay alert, wear proper footwear, and watch for icy patches. Cold, wet conditions can also lower your body temperature faster than you think.

Being prepared makes all the difference. ⛑️
Do you keep a first aid kit at home, in your car, or on the go?

🌺 Honoring Remembrance Day 🌺

On this solemn day, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering service of those who gave everything for our freedom. Their legacy lives on in the peace we enjoy, and in the hearts of all who continue to serve.

At St. John Ambulance, we stand together in gratitude and reflection. We honour the veterans, the fallen, and all those who have served, past and present, with deep respect and appreciation.

🕯️ Whether you wear a poppy, attend a ceremony, or take a quiet moment of reflection, we invite you to join us in remembering.

Lest we forget.
