There’s a moment I often notice before a woman’s life changes…

Something I’ve witnessed many times in my work.

A woman comes in feeling heavy, lost, confused.

Nothing in her life has changed yet.

The job is the same.
The relationships are the same.
Her environment is the same.

But suddenly it all feels heavy.

What used to feel tolerable now feels misaligned.

This moment is often misunderstood.

But it’s usually the beginning of something important.

Because before a woman changes her life,
she begins to feel the truth of it first.

I look at this girl and see so much innocence, strength, and fire that she didn’t even know she carried yet.

She had no idea what life would ask of her.

She had no idea how much she would have to grow, unlearn, heal, and rebuild.

But she kept going.

And somewhere along the way, that same girl learned to trust her intuition, stand in her truth, and build a life that feels aligned with who she really is.

Sometimes I think the most beautiful part of healing is realizing that the younger version of you was always carrying the seeds of who you would become.

The old patterns of tolerating exhaustion, ignoring our inner knowing, shrinking ourselves to keep everyone else comfortable are starting to look, and feel...unacceptable.

Rest and digest.

They are survival responses.

When you learn to recognize the state you are in, you stop judging yourself and start meeting your body with more understanding.

And that awareness is where real regulation and healing begins.

The unseen preparation is part of the healing.

Before every session I take time to settle the energy of the room. Sound, intention, quiet moments, creating a space that feels calm and supportive.

You can do this for yourself too.

Soft lighting. Music or frequencies you love. A moment of stillness. Something that helps your body feel safe and supported.

Most people see the healer.
They rarely see the years it took to rebuild the human.

My path into this work did not begin with a certification or a business plan. It began in some of the darkest seasons of my life.

I have walked through abusive relationships, deep grief, depression, loss, and long periods where I felt disconnected from myself and the life I was living.

There were many moments where I looked completely fine on the outside, but inside I was searching for something that could help me find my way back to myself.

The healing practices I share today are the same ones that supported me when I was learning how to rebuild my life from the inside out. Energy work. Intuitive guidance. Spiritual connection. Learning how to listen to my own soul again.

Because I have walked through so many different seasons of pain, change, and transformation, I am able to sit with my clients in a very real way.

So many of the women who find their way into my space are carrying things I deeply understand.

Grief. Loss. Feeling stuck. Feeling disconnected.

Feeling like something in life has to change.

And it is a privilege to hold space for them.

This work is not something I simply studied.
It is something I lived.

The Sun isn’t just hanging in the sky.

Its light enters your eyes.
Touches your skin.
Regulates your circadian rhythm.
Moves through your body.

When solar activity increases, Earth’s magnetic field shifts.
And our nervous system lives inside that field.

We are not separate from it.

Grief rising out of nowhere.
Sadness that feels older than this moment.
Pressure in the chest or behind the eyes.
Dreams that are vivid, symbolic, intense.
Time feeling strange.
Fatigue that feels cellular.
Emotions closer to the surface than usual.
Memories resurfacing like they’re ready to be cleared.
Clarity that pierces through what you’ve been avoiding.

For women already navigating heaviness or low grade depression, it can feel amplified.

Like everything is closer to the surface.

Ancient civilizations understood they were in relationship with the Sun.
Somewhere along the way, we forgot.

We started acting like we live outside of these rhythms.
Like we’re separate.
Like the Sun is something to fear.

But we aren’t separate.

We are one.

We are influenced by cycles, frequency, light.

When light intensifies, it raises consciousness.
It activates what has been dormant.
It upgrades what is ready.
It clears what can no longer stay buried.

After working with some really beautiful people this week, I began noticing something.

Across the board, almost word for word, I was hearing the same things described the exact same way.

There is a collective density right now. A heaviness. An in-between.

As I closed out my sessions for the week, I sat with the collective energy and pulled a card. One card shifted beneath my fingertips and demanded my attention as I felt it move from the middle of the deck to the back. I pulled this card.

đź’« Moving Forward. Get ready for positive change.

This density so many of us are feeling is not punishment. It is compression before expansion.
Old situations are resurfacing because they are clearing.

Old identities are surfacing because they are dissolving.

The past is being reflected so it can release. It is being shown to us to remind us and to get very clear with ourselves.

Space is being made. But positive change requires participation.

❗️We cannot operate in the old and expect the new to arrive.

You have been building the internal resources.
You have been strengthening your frequency.
You have been doing the unseen work during a very heavy season.

Now the invitation is forward.

You are not in this alone.
Whether you have people physically aligned beside you or you feel like you are walking this quietly, you are supported.

There are divine beings in the unseen realms assisting you, clearing pathways, opening doors, and responding to your resilience.

Nothing you have endured has been wasted. But you must choose the movement.

Take the leap toward what is calling you.

đź’« Do not let fear anchor you to an old version of yourself.
Do not let stagnation disguise itself as safety.

You are being catapulted. It's time to make your move.
