I was at a funeral most recently and the pastor made a powerful statement that registered with my so deeply & has stayed with me.
Our mother, she is our first love 💙
Those words ran so deeply in my heart.

Today is my mother's birthday & words cannot even express the feelings of love & gratitude I have for this human.

She has been one of my most powerful reflections, inspirations, (triggers)-that goes both ways😅 😅, gaurdians, protectors & best friend.
She has always held & shown me the truth of unconditional love.

When I reflect into my life, in the most challenging & darkest moments, even when I pushed her away she was always there.

Happy Birthday Momma, you deserve all the beauty you gift this beautiful planet. Your smile changes rooms, your presence calms & your heart is so full of light.

Cacao is one of the most gentle & profoundly powerful plant medicines.
She supports movement in our bodies (mental, emotional, physical) to open the heart ❤️

Last evening at we merged into an evening of heart expansion with cacao, halotherapy & meta heart opening meditation.
You truly can taste the intentional love .cr has with its relationship to the land & plant medicine of cacao.

We all felt the movement within & without 🙏.

Its not uncommon to face confusion in the direction of our souls path.

We are heavily saturated at a younge age, with pressure to figure out who and what we are without allowing true experience to show us, teach us & discover what drives us. Especially when it doesnt fit a "boxed" system.

There is a strong difference in approaching our lives to thrive not survive.
There is a strong difference in discovering our identity through self not who we are told or taught to be.

We are meant to continue to evolve, grow & expand our lives.
We do not all fit the same mold, & success is in the eye of the beholder.

Do not give up!

Its never to late.
Your not to old!
Your time is now ⏲️

& we have already integrated into our next retreat for Costa Rica January 2027.

Mothers Day is on the horizon, & in challenging times we witness the call to action within our community.
When we come together, we create impactful change.

In shared vision Galina of & Brittany of is inviting you to drop off any form of new item donation to support the mothers & woman of London Abused Woman's Shelter.
We will be bringing all gifted donations to the local shelter on Mothers Day Weekend.

I am grateful to have so much outreach for another local training for Reiki level 1 in Port Stanley On.

Becoming certified in Reiki level 1 is a powerful ally in stepping into your own personal healing journey.

Reiki translated means “spiritual energy”.
Rei (lit.Japanese) spiritual or sacred
Ki (lit.Japanese) energy

This 1 day in person training focuses on the Mikao Usui System of Reiki Healing.

Within this 1 day of certified training, we will learn:
Chakra System Balancing
Energy Clearing of personal energy & opening discerned channel
Reiki History
Japanese Reiki Techniques
Reiki symbols (level 1)
Preparations for Reiki treatment for self & treatment on others
Reiki level 1 Attunment (increase the flow of energy through the practitioner’s hands).

Upon completion of this 1 day Reiki level 1 training, you will receive:

Today we had our monthly Child & Parent sound bath & halotherapy !

These events bring so much joy, laughter, creativity & full blown expression into presence.

Children are incredibly connected to sound &, when they have opportunity to play, interact &, engage with various instruments freely we witness how incredibly talented they are naturally!
