"I see me": Embracing Version 4.5

It’s my 45th birthday, and I stand here today as Version 4.5—carved from the acceptance of self, the trueness of my beliefs, and the acknowledgment of my purpose. Life has taught me many lessons, and I’ve become knowledgeable about the deceptions that often hold no truth.

As I reflect, I am deeply appreciative of the relationships that have shaped me, being my bedrock and shield in the toughest seasons of my life. These connections, anchored in love and faith, have been my greatest treasures. I am most thankful to be alive, to have a partner to walk through life's path with, and to have children—God’s greatest gift to me—who call me mummy, though I know I have no right of ownership over them.

This new chapter is about being resolute, restored, reinvented, revived, and repurposed for greater exploits. I’ve come to understand that the little things in life—the moments of peace, the laughter of loved ones, the quiet conversations with God—are where true value lies.


Here’s to Version 4.5—a journey of growth, love, and purpose. I’m excited for what’s to come.

Strange feeling in the chest, upper abdomen, or back of the throat, Sweating, Stomach discomfort, Lack of appetite, Retching (uncontrollable contracting respiratory and abdominal muscles), Feeling like you're about to vomit, Excessive saliva
While pregnancy and food-related causes might be your initial suspects. here are nine unexpected triggers and tips to help you bounce back to normal:
Stress or Anxiety:
Solution: Deep breaths, ginger tea, or seeking therapy for long-term relief.

Hunger or Overeating:
