With a passion for helping others, I specialize in supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. In my private practice, I focus on fostering healthy relationships, addressing substance use/abuse, enhancing emotion regulation, navigating family roles and attachment, and supporting individuals through grief, loss, parenting, and blended family challenges.
