We love our coffee too! So here are some tips to lower the negative impact and acid attacks it has on our teeth and gums! ☕😁

1.) Finish it quickly/Do not sip on it all day long! ⏱
2.) Try to drink water between sips, to lower the acid attack on your teeth and gums
3.) If you can, Brush your tongue after you're finished with your wonderful beverage. Once again it will reduce the acid attacks that can linger due to bacteria trapped on the surface if your tongue
