“IM STRESSED!!”

Being stress is something we cant avoid especially with our busy lifestyle. You know that exercising does your body good, however you’re too busy and stressed to fit it in your routine.

So…. How can you incorporate it??

1️⃣ Consult with a doctor first. If you have a current health condition, please ask your doctor to see if its safe for you to start exercising.

2️⃣ Walk before you run. If its been a while since you exercise, start with something small and gradually increase your intensity from there.

For example: start for 10 minutes then each time, increase how long you exercise for.

3️⃣ Do what you LOVE. Even if its just walking or doing a fitness class or starting a new sport. Do something that you will actually enjoy for yourself cause you deserve it!!

4️⃣ Pencil it in. You can always say to yourself “oh I should workout” make it happen by booking yourself an appointment that you HAVE TO workout.

5️⃣ Make a goal for yourself. Make short term goals rather than long term goals. Its more achievable and little wins will make a big difference in your stress level.
