☀️ Summer workouts are great—until the heat gets the best of you. Heat stroke and exhaustion can sneak up fast. Here's how to keep your body safe while training outdoors:
✅ Stay hydrated (don’t wait until you’re thirsty!)
✅ Exercise early morning or late evening
✅ Wear light, breathable clothing
✅ Take breaks in the shade
✅ Know the signs: dizziness, nausea, confusion, headache = STOP and cool down immediately
