We’re pleased to announce that four male Family Physicians have joined our team at TMC+ on Hyde Park, and are now accepting new patients.
✅ Limited spots available – first come, first serve
✅ Online applications only – No in-person sign-ups
✅ Location: 990 Gainsborough Road, 2nd Level

Once accepted, you will receive an email through our secure system Medeo, or a phone call, with instructions on how to book your appointment online.
Wait times for acceptance may vary, but most patients will be accepted within 3 to 4 months.
If you previously applied and did not receive an email or phone call, please do not reapply.
Instead, call our office directly and we will assist you in assigning a physician.
Please do not attempt to book an appointment before receiving confirmation of acceptance.
