⁉️Have you ever had low back pain that localizes into one point?
💥It could be coming from your SI joint!
Sacroiliac joint (SI joint) is a joint mainly responsible for transferring load.
Most people will have difficulty going up/down the stairs, going from a seated to standing position, or pain with hinging movements.
⭐Its important to note that the SI joint itself doesn't move a whole lot (only 2-3mm!), So the cause of this pain is likely due to compensation patterns that you've developed overtime.
Once pain subsides, we can work improving mobility in other areas like your hips or lumbar spine, that could be contributing!
