With spring upon us 🌸 people are starting to get back into the activities they love 🏃🏽‍♂️.

Just a reminder to warm up properly and start slow 🙆‍♂️.

If you took time off from activity this winter, you won’t have the same capacity as last year. You will have to pull back the frequency and intensity of the activity and slowly ramp up again.

You also need to spend 5-10 mins of DYNAMIC mobility before your activity. Keep the static stretching for AFTER your workout.

Quick tips to get your bench stronger and protect your shoulders 💪

“Meet the bar with your chest”. Imagine the bar coming down 90% and then you’re “puffing out” your chest the last 10%.

Knee hurting? It might not actually be a knee problem.

Here’s the hard truth: Where it hurts isn’t always where the problem is. Your body is a highly connected chain. Often, pain in one area is just a compensation for dysfunction somewhere else.

Your initial exam is 1 hour, follow up appointments are 30 minutes. Your time here is spent directly with us going over manual therapies as well as active rehab exercises

Not every treatment will look the same! We gear our treatment towards your goals. That might look like an appointment with mainly adjustments and soft tissue, or mainly rehab and exercise!
