Daisies carry a spiritual meaning of purity, innocence and new beginnings. Scientific studies back up the folk medicines usage to treat respiratory disorders, inflammatory conditions, rheumatism, cancer and some skin diseases.

Maybe it's growing up with the hippie culture of the 70's, that I love daisies. Grown in my gardens, then pressed and presented in an herbarium for display in my real pressed flower home gallery. Prints, 11 x 14", of the daisy herbarium will be available soon. Blank Herbariums, 11 x 14", ready for you to add your own pressed dried flowers and collection information, will also be available soon. My passion for peace and love started many years ago. I used to paint hearts onto earthenware mugs, jugs, bowls and lamps and sell them at artisan markets and to stores. Lockdown reinspired my creative muscles and I restarted my passion, using what I had, where I was planted. The first dried flower heart design that I created was made using tiny pink verbena flowers, pressed the old way, between the pages of a big real paper dictionary. I found a variety of vintage frames while thrifting to compliment my designs. For now, my originals are not for sale. Keep following, as they may be in the future. The largest gains in my health recovery from multiple health challenges, as the result of environmental toxins and resulting TILT (toxicant induced loss of tolerance), came from my botanical spa therapy detox baths which I designed many years ago. Dr Myhill's research supports the health gains that I achieved. The baths included sea salt and a combination of herbs which promote detox.
