OCEAN THERAPY each morning has been one of our most meaningful experiences in Mexico 🩵💙🌞☀️

Basking in the nourishing power of aqua 💧along with the transformative effects of the salt is revitalizing — cleansing our aura (energetic body), soothing our muscles and nourishing the skin.

The salt water has a sweet buoyancy that holds and comforts us in the gentle rise and fall of the waves.

🙏🏼 The moment you shift from being in the ocean to being one with the ocean is a soul-stirring moment.

It’s been magical 🧜🏼‍♀️🤍🧜🏼‍♂️
