* Push your limits in Advanced Reformer at 10 AM
* Midday motivation with Multi-Level Reformer at 12 PM
* Get your heart pumping with Cardio Tramp at 6:30 PM
* Wind down with Matwork at 7:30 PM

* Rise and shine with early Multi-Level Reformer at 7 & 8 AM

We are beyond excited to introduce you to Danielle McCabe and welcome her to the @ The Barre Family!!!
Danielle is a Stott-certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, driven by her passion for wellness and commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Her journey into the world of Pilates began unexpectedly during the lockdown period, where she found herself searching for a workout regimen that emphasized low-impact movements, enhanced posture, and a deeper connection with her body. Throughout this, Danielle recognized the profound impact Pilates had on her overall well-being and wants to help others discover this for themselves. In her classes you’ll find her prioritizing proper alignment and ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for all levels.

Do you have vacation rules for food? Vacations should be all about pleasure, enjoying everything you choose to consume without guilt or rules. On this recent trip to BC, I operated under my hostess’ way of eating. Big meal at lunch and this yummy salad for dinner. Which looks simple but full of flavour, especially the homemade dressing. So I’ve returned with a few recipes that I will be adding to my weekly meals.
Our afternoon snack was Cashew Cream with homemade granola and a little dap of Raspberry Merlot pepper jelly.
We enjoyed homemade gluten free crackers.
We even invented a new drink, mixing 2 white wine with a not so great red wine. I call it swamp water and after a couple of glasses of good wine, it tasted pretty good!
