Advancing Community Outreach and Support
McCormick Dementia Services offers the largest day program of its kind in Ontario. We have a strong history and an ongoing commitment to delivering the highest quality programs and services to clients in our day program, weekend overnight respite program and caregiver support programs.
Formerly known as Alzheimer Outreach Services, McCormick Dementia Services is governed by the McCormick Care Group, an organization that has served London since 1874 and is located at McCormick Home. It is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and supported by Day Program client user fees. Additional funding support is provided by the McCormick Care Foundation. The Foundation welcomes donations from the community.
The McCormick Dementia Services team is a dedicated group of professionals and volunteers working closely with families, caregivers and other service providers including physicians to form a care team that is focused on client needs.
