Did you know that farm fresh eggs that haven’t been washed or refrigerated can stay on the counter for weeks? There is a bloom on the egg that seals the pores and prevents bacteria from getting inside the egg.

Wild caught salmon for lunch - from my freezer to my plate in 25 minutes.

I defrosted the salmon in some warm water for a couple minutes and preheated the oven to 380F. I added thyme, garlic, mustard and a sliver of butter and baked it for 20 minutes.
