Our Story

I, Justine, am a 220 +hour certified yoga instructor for Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Power Yoga in the London area. I have also earned a B.A. (Human Ecology) with Honours Specialization in Families and Nutrition from Brescia University. With thoughtful sequencing I offer students an invigorating class which allows them to thoughtfully connect with their breath and tune into what their body needs in the moment.

My favourite yoga sutra is: "sthira sukham asana" which can translate as: "effort without tension, relaxation without dullness."
