Be Well Therapy Studio is expanding and we’re looking for an Independent Contractor Therapist to join our team 💬💛

Whether you’re fully virtual or prefer a hybrid setup (in-person + online), we’ve got space for you.

Here’s what we offer:

🌿 Clinical supervision (fee for service)
🌿 A collaborative, supportive environment within an established private practice that has grown organically over the past 8 years

Who we’re looking for:

✨THERAPIST PET PEEVE✨

In the realm of technology, one annoyance has surfaced which is perplexing every therapist out there: the onslaught of ChatGPT!

It's confused me how may professionals (including some therapists lately!) have used ChatGPT to generate emails, create treatment plans, or even people using ChatGPT for therapy support entirely!

On one hand, it makes me sad that we are relying on technology so heavily, rather than relying on our own ability to communicate thoughtfully and through the lens of our own wisdom.

It's like we're conversing with a robot trying to mimic human emotion, intelligence and experience. It kind of gives me the ick!🤮

While it's fascinating on one end, and let's be honest, has been a time-saver in many of our lives lately, it surely tests our patience and has come across pretty obviously in some communication lately.

My name is Nicole, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), Psychometrist, and owner of Everyday Self Counselling! I completed my Honors B.A. in psychology and sociology at Western University, and I completed my M.A. in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
