🍀 A little green for St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀
Instead of the usual treats, here’s a simple green juice that’s fresh, energizing, and full of nutrients. A perfect way to celebrate the day with something that makes your body feel good.
Green Juice for Two 🍏🥬✨
Fresh, simple, and packed with greens. Perfect for a quick morning boost or an afternoon reset.
Ingredients (2 servings):
• 2 apples
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup kale (stems removed if tough)
• 2 celery stalks
• ½ lemon, peeled
• 1 small piece of ginger (about 1–2 cm)
How to make it:
Add everything to a cold press juicer and juice until smooth.
OR blend everything with about ½–1 cup cold water, then strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
Tips:
• Frozen spinach and kale work great and make the juice extra cold.
• Adjust ginger depending on how strong you like the kick.
• If it’s too tart, add another half apple.
• Drink it fresh for the best flavor and nutrients.
