Ever heard of a “toxic release” after an adjustment? 💆‍♀️

Sometimes after your body gets adjusted, it starts to rebalance and release built up tension and inflammation. When things start moving and functioning better, your body can let go of some of that stored stress and waste, which can leave you feeling a bit off for a short time.

You might notice things like feeling extra tired, a little achy, maybe a mild headache or brain fog, or even some changes in digestion or sleep. It’s all just your body recalibrating.

The best thing you can do is listen to your body. Drink lots of water, eat well, get some rest, and move gently if that feels good.

Most people notice that once this phase passes, they feel lighter, looser, and overall amazing. It’s all part of your body adjusting and finding its new balance. ❤️
