Travel tips to avoid illness...
As a holistic nutritionist of 20 + years, I've been to over 40 countries, many with my unva))inated son & we are never sick.
We eat street food in countries where even locals warn us to avoid, and nearly never have issues. ( Except raw sushi off the street without wasabi, bad idea😁)
If there was 1 recommendation I would make above all else is to take probiotics for 2 to 4 weeks before you travel & continue taking them for 2 weeks into your travels.
We often make kvass instead & drink 4 oz daily for probiotics, liver tonic and building strong iron in blood.

Seek bee pollen from local markets upon arrival. A tiny bit of bee pollen, is a superfood that comes from the flowers in that area so not only provides energy, protein, a plethora of vitamins and minerals; it also acts as an histamine to prevent hayfever symptoms.
Liver and kidney cleanse before you go to strengthen your vital organs might be a good idea.
We love garlic oil & fire cider to cleanse & boost immunity. DIY videos found on my Inner Insights page.
Daily superfood before I leave such as spirulina powder or freshly squeezed wheatgrass.
We drink tumeric tea (golden chai) or suggest capsules for convenience as an anti-inflammatory and to help with pain relief.
I travel with a herbal oil and herb bag of arnica, calendula, witch hazel. This is my first aid for sprains, strains and bruising.
Essential oils-I always carry myrrh, lavender and neroli as part of holistic first aid kit to disinfect, aid with insects, anxiety, burns, pain, & accelerated healing.
I bring B12 for energy and cognitive function.
Lastly I always have packets of electrolytes on hand just in case someone has diarrhea, vomits, is dehydrated, hungover or to prepare for big hikes/workouts. Fresh local coconuts are perfect natural source.
I hope this serves helpful.
Take care & be well.
