It all starts with a personalized surgical consult with Dr. Nichols, where we assess your goals and create a plan tailored to you.

The procedure itself is quick—about 1 hour—and performed comfortably under local anesthesia.

Over the first week, you can expect some swelling, bruising, and tightness (totally normal!), with noticeable improvement each day. By day 7, sutures are removed and you’re already looking more refreshed and rested.
