Dr. Kristina and Dr. Richard (We) are a husband and wife team who value health and healing as a lifestyle and a way of being. Our goal is to engage life with compassion, simplicity and connection. We are inspired by the resilience and healing potential of the people that they work with. The purpose of our work is to support and guide you toward your best possible Self. We aim to help people renogatiate stuck patterns of stress and to re-engage the relaxation response (through Somatic Experiencing and Deep Nature Connection practices). We also support the healing potential of the human body via nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and nutritional supplementation.
