The McCormick Care Group is a non-denominational charitable organization based in London, Ontario, providing compassionate care to the community.

McCormick Care Group operates McCormick Home, a long-term care facility for seniors; McCormick Dementia Services, to provide care and support to people living in the community with dementia and their care partners; and McCormick Dementia Research, to push innovation in dementia care and develop new ways to manage dementia for people and their families. While each plays a unique role in caring for those with dementia, they’re all guided by the same principles for providing compassionate care.

McCormick Care Group is proud to announce Sean Allen as this year’s Employee Values Award winner.

Now in its eighth year, the Employee Values Award recognizes team members who consistently demonstrate McCormick’s guiding principles: Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Collaboration. We are pleased to share that Melanie Snell has stepped into her role as Volunteer and Student Experience Coordinator within our People and Culture team. With a strong background in training, mentoring, and relationship-centred care, Melanie brings valuable experience from her work across McCormick Dementia Services and the broader McCormick Care Group. ⏰ Early Closure:
• December 24, 2025 (Christmas Eve): Adult Day Program will close at 3:00 PM
• Christmas Day (December 25, 2025): Day Program closed
• Boxing Day (December 26, 2025): Day Program closed

Last week, we welcomed Care Partners to join their loved ones on-site and experience our Adult Day Program during our Winter Open House. It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, share special moments, and see the program in action.
