This is definitely something I’ve learnt as I’ve grown. Both my hands were used to help others and over the past few years I’ve really started putting me first. Taking the time for me allows me to help others without burning out. Looking forward to being able to see you all again for in person services in September. Xo

It is here!!

I am so excited to share with you that I have decided to rename and rebrand my business. Being off on Maternity Leave this felt like the perfect timing to make the changes. You may have noticed my branding colours have been changing too. I love the teal but I was ready for something different.

When I first created Revive As Wellness I struggled with the name and created the name on about 4 hours sleep while on maternity leave 4 years ago lol soooooo it only seems fitting while on Maternity leave now to make the changes.

I wanted something that reflected who I was and how I help people. People were always confused but the AS part is my initials (I know, so clever right lol)

I have been feeling like I needed a name change but nothing felt right.

With the support of my coach I brainstormed and talked about my vision for my business as I had evolved in the past 4 years.

With the support of my new vision has come to life!

I'm excited to introduce to you.........
