Exciting news! My first collaborative Wellness Retreat is being planned for April 10-12, 2026 at a lovely venue near Goderich, Ontario! Details will be shared soon, but expect some Qi-Yoga, Somatic movement and Yoga Nidra meditation along with delicious food and other activities at a great lakeside location. Save the date!
