Spirit Earth Holistics | St. Thomas / Oneida Territory

Spirit Earth Holistics is growing and we are looking for a highly organized and systems-minded Operations Manager to help support our expanding production, retail, and vendor network.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing logistics, and helping a purpose-driven business run smoothly.

Our company produces natural wellness products and works closely with land-based teachings, community relationships, and ethical production practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing operational systems and documentation
• Creating and maintaining production batch records
• Issuing manufacturing orders to production staff
• Maintaining inventory systems for raw materials and finished products
• Managing Shopify inventory and reporting
• Tracking vendor and wholesale sales
• Supporting bookkeeping and payroll coordination
• Developing systems that improve efficiency across the business

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and systems
✔ Experienced with inventory management
✔ Familiar with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
✔ Able to work independently and solve problems
✔ Interested in supporting a growing Indigenous-owned business

Experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or retail systems is an asset.
