I know you thought this Mother’s Day would be different. That this would finally be your turn to be celebrated.

I know your heart is heavy, and the world feels impossibly unfair.

I know how hard it is to smile for others while you're breaking on the inside.

I know the silence, the ache, the invisible grief you carry.

As you're fighting to get through this day, know that your pain is real, your feelings are valid, and you are not forgotten. Even on the hardest days, you are deeply worthy of love.

Whether you have a baby in your arms or in your heart. Whether you’re navigating infertility, loss, a failed cycle, or a new path forward, this Mother's Day, I hope you feel seen, loved, and celebrated, too.

One of the biggest barriers I hear from clients in accessing medication, obtaining a referral to other medical and mental health professionals, is the lack of family doctor’s. This article highlights how much of an issue this is for all Londoners and Ontario residents and highlights some reasons for this issue. However, this creates and adds more pressure on other services and local urgent care centres that aren’t staffed or funded to support the influx in patients due to not having a family doctor.

We need actual change. People shouldn’t be suffering because they can’t access a family doctor.

These numbers will nearly double if the shortage isn’t addressed, with 163,077 in London and Middlesex, as well as 4.4 million people across the rest of the province.

I can’t with this city anymore. As someone who works downtown, being able to provide this code to clients who only see me for an hour to reduce financial barriers/stress has been incredible!

2-hours of free parking in downtown London has officially ended. Using “CORE” in the Honk app has saved us all money since 2021, so many are urging the city to bring it back. London has one of the highest downtown vacancy rates in the country — all the more reason to keep this going! Would you go DT more if parking was free? -
