cheChelsey Park LTC hosted their annual summer carnival, and it was a huge success!
The afternoon was packed with excitement — from a dunk tank, to classic carnival games with great prizes, delicious food, a talented cartoonist, an entertaining magician, and lively music that brought smiles to everyone's faces. It was a fun-filled day enjoyed by residents, staff, and families alike!

We're giving a big shoutout to Lynn at Chelsey Park Long-Term Care! Since joining Southbridge Care Homes in 2020, Lynn has worn many hats — from Nursing Clerk to PSW to Registered Nurse — and now serves as our dedicated Wound Care Champion. We are committed to providing a home environment where the residents have access to service and care to achieve optimal outcomes. Programs and services are planned based on individual choices recognizing areas that are important.

We value relationships within the home, maintaining community connections to ensure our residents quality of everyday life and quality of care. The support of family and friends is welcome.

Our home features many onsite amenities including a variety store/gift shop, dentist, pharmacy and physician offices.
