Congratulations to Myles Dunn for earning a spot on the 2025-26 Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League’s Western Conference All-Rookie Team after an impressive season with the St. Thomas Stars!

The 16-year-old forward recorded 57 points (25 goals, 32 assists) in 47 games, finishing second in rookie scoring across the conference. Myles was also recognized as the GOHL’s Rookie of the Month for September.

Our staff were on-site this past weekend in London supporting the Hockey Helps the Homeless event! 🏒

We helped create the pre-game warm-up routine before the teams battled it out on the ice, and provided post-game physiotherapy support for athletes who needed treatment throughout the weekend.

We’re proud to support an event that brings the community together for a great cause!

Back where it all started! 📚

Stefan returned to Fanshawe College to speak with students in the Fitness & Health Promotion program, the same place that helped shape his path into the strength & conditioning world. From the classroom to co-op and now coaching at EPIC, Stefan gave valuable insight into what it actually takes to turn education into a career in high performance sport. What a full circle moment!
