Ladies,
Strength isn’t optional. It’s a standard.
If you want to move through midlife and beyond with confidence, energy, and independence, lifting weights needs to be part of your life.
Yes - Pilates, yoga, walking, sports - all have value. But they do not replace progressive strength training. They serve different purposes.
This is personal for me.
I watched my own mother lose her independence far too quickly, and I watched her pass at the young age of 75. That experience changed me forever.
I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis caused by a medication I was given in my twenties.
So when I speak about strength, bone health, and building muscle - I’m not speaking from theory. I’m speaking from lived experience.
I know what’s at stake.
Muscle matters. Bone density matters. Strength matters. Capability matters.
Strength training isn’t about shrinking yourself or chasing aesthetics. It’s about building a body that supports you, protects you, and gives you options as you age.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching women who chose to reclaim their strength - and with it, their confidence, mobility, and freedom.
Every form of exercise has benefits.
But when it comes to aging well, protecting your bones, staying independent, and living life on your terms?
Strength is non-negotiable.
Don’t skip your weight training. Build the body that carries you through life. 💪
