Is that a Sunday I see!!

This is the availability for Aug 18th-24th!

Starting September I will be adding Tuesday Evenings. These appointments will be perfect for students and teachers trying to get their maintenance in during the week.

For those looking for weekends I am planning on having every other Sunday open.

All appointments are on a first come first serve basis and using our online booking system is highly recommended

As of August 1st I will no longer be at CBI Fanshawe. It has been an amazing 3 years and I wish the team all the best.

I will be settling into my role at Richmond Massage Therapy during the next few months and look forward to the changes that may bring.

What’s on your list to do this weekend?

We are heading into the first kid-free week we’ve had in a while. I intend to make the most of it doing what I love. I will be at work for extended hours at Richmond massage. (I just opened availability for Friday and Saturday this week. And if you need after 4pm look at Monday!!)

I am still hopeful for some self care I normally put off. Like finishing a coffee or reading a book! 🤞 it’s really the small things you miss while in mom mode.
