How often should you mask? 🤔

Hydrating mask → 3–5x/week

If your sleep is off → your skin shows it.

Magnesium helps:

Your skin doesn’t need more products 🙆🏻‍♀️

It needs the right routine, and consistency.
I like to cleanse and night, and use products to repair my skin. In the AM, I focus on hydrating and moisturizing (not cleansing), and protecting with an SPF.

AM + PM basics:
- cleanse
- hydrate
- moisturize

Add:
- mask + tools throughout the week
Simple = results.

Most people think they have dry skin... but it’s actually dehydration 🤷🏻‍

Dehydrated = lacks water 💧
Dry = lacks oil 🧴

Most skin needs BOTH!

This is why layering matters:
water → oil → cream. Always layer water to oil to cream, and lightest to heaviest.

I highly recommend an alcohol free toner in your routine, and our aloe schroom gel! These two will give you the hydration that your skin needs.
