In my own life personally, and in my life as a teacher, I have seen and experienced the benefits of bringing the quality of mindfulness into my life and into the lives of my students.
It has been a passion of mine for many years to be able to bring mindfulness to others, and the creation of this program is bringing that passion to life.
It is through learning and practising and continuing to build the skills of mindfulness that greater emotional regulation, calm confidence, a loving self-compassion, and greater inner peace have been brought into my life. And this is what I want to share with you.
A MINDFUL PATH is an online program that includes learning, practicing, and coming together to bring more of the quality of mindfulness into your life.
And I am so excited to include our weekly LIVE Circles where we can come together on Zoom!
