It doesn’t really matter what the heartbreak was. I know that was a time in my life when those feelings were very raw and very real, and my heart was breaking for a number of reasons.

There was a nudge in me today to find this poem again. I can’t explain it, but I couldn’t ignore this intuitive feeling.

I know I have built an incredible life, and become a woman who loves where she is now. But, there are days when those feelings from that poem still linger.

This is my work in progress. This is not forgetting where I’ve been, and also not letting it consume me.

I’m real. I’m not perfect. I feel what I feel. I love and I’m loved.

Though it may seem like it, I am not whining and complaining.

I am noticing.
I am paying attention.
I am observing.

Why?

Because it gives me the time and the space to know and feel what I can change, what I can release, and how the hovering of stress takes hold when I’m not being aware.

And also, it gives me the time and space to accept what I can’t change. Yes, there are aches and pains, there is discomfort. But allowing myself to dwell on that pain and discomfort isn’t going to change it.

Instead, I notice it, I feel it.

An online program to learn and practice mindfulness, to build calm confidence in your life.

In my own life personally, and in my life as a teacher, I have seen and experienced the benefits of bringing the quality of mindfulness into my life and into the lives of my students.

It has been a passion of mine for many years to be able to bring mindfulness to others, and the creation of this program is bringing that passion to life.

It is through learning and practising and continuing to build the skills of mindfulness that greater emotional regulation, calm confidence, a loving self-compassion, and greater inner peace have been brought into my life. And this is what I want to share with you.

A MINDFUL PATH is an online program that includes learning, practicing, and coming together to bring more of the quality of mindfulness into your life.

And I am so excited to include our weekly LIVE Circles where we can come together on Zoom!

Registration is ongoing and open! Move through the program at your own pace, join at the time that feels right in your life. You will be welcomed with open hearts, kindness, and compassion.
