A Mindful Path
An online program to bring the quality of mindfulness to your life 💕

In my own life personally, and in my life as a teacher, I have seen and experienced the benefits of bringing the quality of mindfulness into my life and into the lives of my students.

It has been a years long passion of mine to be able to bring mindfulness to others, and the creation of this program is bringing that passion to life.

It is through learning and practising and continuing to build the skills of mindfulness that greater emotional regulation and inner peace have been brought into my life. And this is what I want to share with you.

A MINDFUL PATH is a six week LIVE program that I have created to help others to bring more of the quality of mindfulness into their lives.

The upcoming session runs from May 1 to June 5, 2025. Live online calls are Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 PM EST.

I made the biggest transformational shift in my life this past year.

Was I scared? Absolutely!

Was I faced with judgement and criticism? Yes I was!

Were there moments where I questioned myself? Definitely!

So what keeps me going?

✨trust

✨being attuned to my feelings…this feels like the path I need to be on at this point in my life

✨overwhelming feelings of joy and gratitude I feel each morning when I wake up and realize that this is my life

✨ knowing that there is still so much for me to learn, experience, feel, and share in this beautiful life

We calm our minds, our bodies, and our hearts with breathing; we talk about our feelings and we learn how to regulate those big emotions when they want to take over; we learn yoga poses and put them together into fun yoga flows; we relax into guided meditation stories. 😌

✨Next week, the fun of Kids’ Yoga returns as I am offering 2 four weeks sessions, one on Tuesdays in Thorndale at Rising Lotus Yoga Studio, and another on Thursdays in London at The Space.

With the busyness of the upcoming holiday season, we can sometimes lose ourselves in stress and overwhelm. Our final 2 retreats for 2024 are designed to bring you a sense of calm in a gentle welcoming space. 🍃

✨ Take A Pause To Find Your Calm, a half-day Retreat for Women to pause and breathe as you are guided towards greater emotional awareness and a sense of inner peace through gentle yoga, meditation, and calming mindful practises.
