Blossom Doula Services offers continuous non-judgemental support to expecting parents; prenatally, during labour, delivery and the postpartum period.

A Doula is a non-medical service, hired by an expecting mother and their partner. A Doula can help by providing empowering encouragement and assistance in making the choices that they feel most comfortable with. Whatever birth experience the parents are looking for, a doula can help them along the way. As your doula I will be by your side as a constant supporter, your personal cheerleader, during labour and delivery and immediately postpartum. Doula’s can help with different comfort techniques, I can help you and baby move around and get into the most comfortable and optimal position during all stages of your labour. My primary role is to be there for you, your baby and your partner. As your Doula I will provide emotional, physical and non-judgmental support to you while you labour. I can also guide your partner to provide the support you require and help them be apart of the experience. If you’re hoping to decrease the length of your labour and/or reduce your need for medical interventions, than a Doula may be just what you’re looking for. I support all types of births; no drugs, all the drugs, wait and see, home births, at a birthing centre, or at the hospital. It’s my passion to support strong women, after hiring a Doula there is a great chance that you will feel
satisfied about your birth experience and proud to have made your birth story uniquely yours.

Absolutely loveeeeee this for busy weeks!!

I prepped 2 this week, but next weekend or next prep I would def prep 4 to have frozen pizzas in the freezer that taste amazing and so that I know every ingredient in it!

Always working towards freezer meals for a quick & easy dinner because you guys know that when 4 o’clock hits it’s chaos ☠️ I try to have fast meals ready or at least some parts prepped to make dinner time more smooth 🫶🏼

FROZEN Homemade PIZZA
- pizza dough made in bread maker
- roll out , poke some holes in the dough
- bake on 450 for 5-7 min
-let cool completely
-once cool, add toppings
- flash freeze
- wrap with siran and freeze
- when ready to bake …450 degrees for 12 -15 or so min, until cheese has melted/is bubbly

2026 is all about being a bit more prepared. Lately I’m trying to double some recipes for the freezer.

Today I tried homemade frozen pizza. So happy to have one more meal made ahead of time to help us in this busy season.

Just over here juggling naps, feeding around the clock, changing bums, kissing boo-boos, and learning a lot along the way.

Motherhood as we all know can have its challenges. Hardest thing but best most rewarding thing I’ve ever done, absolutely yes.

Why do I need this wellness mix that helps my gut every single day… because it helps me be the mom I want to be.

Sooooo thankful to have found this Mental Wellness Company when I did!

Didn’t get to sit long with my two babies like this because I had to quickly shut the windows in the house, and bring the dog in so she didn’t get swept away in the storm 😬

But oh my ♥️ such a full heart (and lap) when they are both snuggled in.

If I’m able to get Dax down I try to give Isla my individualized attention because I know she craves this and it’s been helping with big feelings for sure.

Does the house get completely trashed.. yes .. do I feel dirt under my feet … also yes (I swear I just mopped 😖). Sometimes you have to force yourself to let that go and just do what the toddler wants to do & what the baby needs.

So lucky to have them 🥹

In the thick of it.

Some days are spent parenting two littles who take turns screaming or sometimes they like to scream at the same time. Other days (very few) I somehow get them down at the same time and I actually have no idea what to do first with my time.. but, if I don’t decide quick enough that time is quickly gone!

This is a season that I’m in…trying to help my little man with his colicky symptoms, but when he’s not crying he gives the best smiles that melt my heart ♥️

He’s comfiest in the carrier and loves to get a good nap in nice and snug with mom 💙

The hardest, best, most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I’m also so thankful that I found natural gut healing supplements to help me during this tough period of time, I don’t know what I would do without them. 🥤
